What is Brenart's Return Policy on frames?

If within 30 days of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your eyeglasses, you may return them for a one-time exchange for another pair of glasses that are of equal or lesser value. When making a return, all original products must be returned to take advantage of our return policy. When returning within 30 days, we will issue you an in-store credit. If insurance was applied to your original purchase, your benefits cannot be restated or changed.

If you have insurance, we will gladly process your claims for you. All applicable co-pays, deductibles, and fees not billable to insurance are due at the time of service. All benefits quoted are not a guarantee of payment by insurance. You are responsible for any accrued charges that are not covered.

Our lenses are state of the art in both vision and appearance. Only the most advanced technology is used in the fabrication of your prescription.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

To place your order, we require payment in full unless your insurance covers the full item cost. No order will be placed without full payment in advance. If you do not pick up your optical material within 60 days of being notified your items are in, your payment will be forfeited, and the glasses will be disassembled.

How do I keep my frames performing well and get adjustments?

COMPLIMENTARY ADJUSTMENTS AND MAINTENANCE

Eyewear components may become loose, bent, or dirty under normal wearing conditions. Nose pads are also likely to become less comfortable with wear. We welcome you to visit us anytime for an adjustment and cleaning. No appointment is required. There may be a minimal charge for replacement parts, such as nose pads.

YOUR NEW PRESCRIPTION

Your new glasses are made to your exact prescription’s specifications. However, if your new eyewear had a change in the power of your prescription, it may require a period of adjustment before the eyewear can be worn comfortably. If your new glasses are still difficult to wear after 30 days of consistent wear, please call us for an appointment to make changes or adjustments to the eyewear and/or prescription.

CARING FOR YOUR NEW EYEWEAR

Please use the care kit that was provided for you at the time of purchase. Remember to save the included bottle and bring it into the Brenart office for complimentary refills.

Dry lenses with a soft, lint free cloth. You may also use a micro-fiber cloth specifically designed for eyewear. NEVER use facial tissue or paper towel, as they will scratch your lenses.

Avoid all chemicals; never use window cleaner or other harsh home cleaners. Even hairspray and cologne are potentially harmful to lenses.

Never leave your eyeglasses in the sun or in a hot car. The heat will damage your frame and lenses.

Never lay your eyeglasses face down. Always keep them in a case when not in use.

What warranties does Brenart offer on my purchases?

WARRANTIES

If within 30 days of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you may return your frames for a one-time exchange for another pair of frames that are of equal or lesser value. When making a return, all original products must be returned to take advantage of our return policy. We are unable to give cash refunds, and if insurance was applied to your original purchase, your benefits cannot be restated or changed.

FRAMES are covered under warranty for one year from the purchase date. Brenart Eye Clinic will replace the frames at no cost to you. The warranty includes defects or breakages that occur under normal wear. The warranty does not include frames where glue has been used to repair the frames or when frames have been subjected to excessive and/or intentional abuse. Lost products are not covered under warranty.

Replacement LENSES are covered under the purchase of a scratch warranty one time within one year for normal scratches at no cost to you. If you should need a second replacement within one year of the purchased scratch warranty, Brenart Eye Clinic will replace the lenses at 30% of the current retail price.
