Polaroid

In 1937 Edwin Land founded the Polaroid Corporation and had gained fame through the landmark invention of the instant camera. He invented the first inexpensive polarized film in New York, as well as invented modern filters to polarize light (which were then used in sunglasses). The findings of Edwin Land still are the basis of how polarized lenses are manufactured by Polaroid Eyewear today. Polaroid Eyewear designs and manufactures glare-free sunglasses with the highest level of UV protection and exceptional quality. The same can be said for their optical frames which come in a wide array of shapes and styles. As a brand, they want people to see more in life and experience the unbeatable comfort that polarized lenses provide.
