    Responsibilities include: Auditing bills/exams, Transmitting claims to insurance companies, Authorizing benefits for insurance eligibility, Entering insurance payments, Claim follow up with insurance companies, Researching denied claims, Balancing drawers

    Requirements:

    To provide quality personal service while satisfying the needs of Brenart Eye Clinic’s patients through the sale and dispensing of eye wear, non-prescription sunglasses, contact lenses and accessories; uphold Company’s standards of excellence in customer service; encourage customer recommendations and repeat business.

    Requirements:

    • Retail sales and/or customer service work experience
    • Knowledge of basic mathematics and algebra
    • Present professional image
    • Able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
    • Previous optical experience desirable
    • Bi-lingual (English-Spanish)
    • ABO certified desirable

    DOCTOR’S ASSISTANT (TECHNICIAN) (Currently Available)

    The primary objective of the doctor assistant is to efficiently facilitate the patient through the examination process. This involves escorting the patient to the exam lane, obtaining a thorough case history and performing a large number of ancillary tests.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to multi-task and handle a large volume of patient flow
    • Experienced technician or COA preferred, but not mandatory
    • Experience in customer service
    • Self-motivated
    • Able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
